Digital Media Arts Major

Are you a creative person who enjoys working in the digital world? Do you love using technology to create works of art? Do you find yourself staring at amazing photographs, watching movies or animations and thinking to yourself, “how did they do that?” As a digital media arts major you will challenge yourself to create eye catching photography, inspiring video, entertaining animations, digital illustrations and motion graphics. You will explore exciting new technologies like industry standard video recording equipment, digital drawing surfaces like Cintiq’s, Intuos and iPad Pros, as well as editing software from the creative cloud like Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Harmony. You will have the opportunity to build your digital portfolio so that you can break into the industry of your dreams or the school of your choice.
