Ken Hardy
About
Mr. Hardy brings a wide variety of experiences and past leadership roles to the Inspire team. As an English teacher, baseball coach, presenter, and teacher mentor of 23 years in both the Bay Area and Butte County, Mr. Hardy’s classroom experience provides him the perspective and understanding of the high school classroom. Mr. Hardy is also an avid musician, athlete and former youth theater performer during his formative years growing up in San Jose. He enjoys sitting in on the drums with student performers at every opportunity. After taking his BA in English from CSU Chico, Mr. Hardy entered active duty with the US Army which took him to various Army bases in the United States and Germany, and he served in the Persian Gulf War eventually retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel from the Army Reserves. Mr. Hardy recently completed 17 years teaching English at Gridley High School and earned a Master of Science degree in Applied School Leadership from National University.
