Sheri Kauffman student taught with Becky Brown during the credential program, fell in love with Inspire and IC9, and happily accepted a job when she graduated. She teaches a range of English classes and advisory, and she is the CULT leader for C.U.L.T (Community Under Literature Together) club on campus. Sheri completed her MA in Engish Literature at the University of Victoria before moving back to Chico and beginning the credential program. Sheri lives in Chico with her husband, Alan, and her newborn daughter, Adeline (named after Sheri's favorite author, Virginia Woolf). When not in her classroom, you can find Sheri playing the great sport of Pickleball at 20th Street Park, riding her bike and hiking with her family, trying new baking recipes inspired by the Great British Baking Show, and, of course, reading.
