Our performing arts program is supported by a very rich technical theater department. Participants will be involved in every aspect of stagecraft, from costuming and make-up, to lighting, sound, props and set design and construction. We will learn beginning design-work on Inspire’s fall production the The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical and learn about hanging lights and lighting design for our summer dance intensive. Participants will learn basic building and scenic painting skills and we will do some fun special effects makeup projects.

Times: 12:30pm-3:30pm

Minimum and maximum number of participants: 10 min – 24 max

Location: Inspire School of Arts & Sciences’ Dance Studio, Room IC-11 and various other rooms on the Inspire campus

Fee: $200 with $25 cash materials fee due on the first day
